blueHOME is a project authored by John Kleinschmidt and funded by the 2008 Laskey Award, a $5,000 creative grant.
blueHOME is architecture driven by sound - specifically the sound of the Miles Davis album Kind of Blue. It was designed and built during the summer of 2008 and exhibited on the south terrace of Steinberg Hall at the College of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis from 12 September to 19 October 2008.
